The application provides case management, approval workflow, in-app reporting, and an administration panel enabling the Auditor Controller OCI team to effectively and efficiently process incidents to completion.

The Countywide Service Locator provides departments with customized locators and APIs for their services managed in the Location Management System. Departments like DHS, Fire and Beaches use the Locator on their website while others like Parks have used the Locator API to build custom integrations on the WordPress site.
The CAD Directory allows ISD staff to find critical information about teams and afterhours support situations. Managers, secretaries, and other designated personnel across the department manage their team rosters and schedule of on call staff. The system also has information on services like servers, websites, applications, and phone systems.
This system was rewritten to enable authorized county department personnel to request employee and vendor access to DC1 and LRC facilities. The application provides automated approval and enables the Data Center Facilities Management team to track and manage custom requests.
The Office of Small Business (OSB) Certification Portal provides business owners who are minorities, women, disadvantaged or disabled veterans with County business preference programs to enable them to capitalize on opportunities in government and private-sector procurement programs. OSB provides the following certification programs: Local Small Business Enterprise Preference Program, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Preference Program, Social Enterprise Program, and Community Business Enterprise Program.
