APEX Mobile Application
This native iOS Mobile Application for Executives (APEX) provides information that executives can access for quick reference such as Board Correspondence, Parking and Fleet Services, Approver Sites, Emergency Contacts, and Critical Assets.
Auditor Controller Fraud Hotline
The Office of County Investigations application enables internal and external users to report incidents of fraud related to the County. The application provides case management, approval workflow, in-app reporting, and an administration panel enabling the Auditor Controller OCI team to effectively and efficiently process incidents to completion.
Auditor Controller Uncashed Checks
This application enables users to search and file claims for checks (legally referred to as County warrants that have been issued and mailed by the County, but not cashed by the payee). These warrants encompass those that may have been lost, stolen, and/or cashed fraudulently by someone other than the payee. The Auditor Controller Warrants team utilize the application backend to process these claims.
Management Council
The Management Council website provides a communication channel to the organization’s members with information on upcoming events, news and training opportunities. An administration panel provides self-service management of members, documents, content and events. The system also integrates with GovDelivery to keep LACMC’s email subscription lists automatically up to date.
CEO Ethnic Media Directory
This centralized directory of media outlets, including a wide range of ethnic and hyperlocal outlets, was developed by CEO/Office of Countywide Communications and the Internal Services Department to make it easier for County departments to communicate with our diverse communities through targeted outreach.
CEO Media Waiver
This mobile friendly CEO Media Waiver application enables public participants at County events to digitally sign a waiver to authorize the use of their image for marketing and media campaigns. The application backend provides CEO media team with the ability to manage and track participant waivers.
Delete the Divide
This application is an initiative led by the County of Los Angeles to empower youth, young adults, and small businesses in underserved communities who are adversely impacted by the digital divide. The application provides online training, resources, and connects disadvantaged youth to services.
Events Hub
This event application enables Mental Health training coordinators to easily create and manage conference and training events. The entire process allows users to create live and virtual events, webinars, meetings and efficiently define timeframes, session and venue information, provide meal option selection, and more. Payments use a custom integration with the County’s payment processor FIS.
eComplaints
The eConsumer application encompasses a large department-wide case management backend and public intake forms. The multi-purpose website let's the public ask questions, file consumer complaints, request mediation services, and get help with foreclosure. The backend application unifies case management in one system with customized workflows, document management, searching and reporting.
LA County Trails
This LA County's trails website is sponsored by Parks and Recreation and provides search functionality, alerts, and helpful information regarding hiking trails managed by the County of Los Angeles, California State Parks, NPS and other agencies. In addition, it uses GIS data to provide a more interactive user experience. The site also provides an administrative panel for designated users to login and upload press releases and manage website content.
Probation Events
This is a public website for users to register and find conference related information for the annual Shaking Up Reentry Conference hosted by the LA County Probation Department. The site integrates with FIS payments and tracks attendees.
Internal Affairs Complaint/Referral
This Probation application provides a public intake form for users to report misconducts by Probation employees. The application allowed the Probation Internal Affairs team to transition from a paper workflow to a digital platform. It was developed using a responsive web interface to make the reporting more accessible to the public.
Public Appointment Scheduling Service
This is a public appointment scheduling service for users to avoid crowds and long lines by reserving appointments in advance for various services across different County facilities and offices.
Windows Professional Services
The WPS application allows department users to build price quotes and request provisioning of Windows servers. Our team consolidated three legacy systems into one modern streamlined application with a new approval workflow and automated notifications to requestors and staff.
DHR Volunteer Website
This application serves as a centralized platform for County department Volunteer Coordinators to post volunteer opportunities, events, and export volunteer lists from the administration portal.
IDDTime
Time tracking application utilized by IDD teams and features a billing dashboard to monitor customer project expenditure.
Location Management System
The Location Management System allows department GIS staff to manage information about County locations and services with an user friendly interface. This data is used by the Countywide Service Locator, APIs and ArcGIS layers. This represents an ongoing collaboration with ISD and GIS customers across the County.
Countywide Service Locator
The Countywide Service Locator provides departments with customized locators and APIs for their services managed in the Location Management System. Departments like DHS, Fire and Beaches use the Locator on their website while others like Parks have used the Locator API to build custom integrations on the WordPress site.
CAD Contacts
The CAD Directory allows ISD staff to find critical information about teams and afterhours support situations. Managers, secretaries, and other designated personnel across the department manage their team rosters and schedule of on call staff. The system also has information on services like servers, websites, applications, and phone systems.
EDCAR
This system was rewritten to enable authorized county department personnel to request employee and vendor access to DC1 and LRC facilities. The application provides automated approval and enables the Data Center Facilities Management team to track and manage custom requests.
WDACS - Small Biz
The Office of Small Business (OSB) Certification Portal provides business owners who are minorities, women, disadvantaged or disabled veterans with County business preference programs to enable them to capitalize on opportunities in government and private-sector procurement programs. OSB provides the following certification programs: Local Small Business Enterprise Preference Program, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Preference Program, Social Enterprise Program, and Community Business Enterprise Program.
